Regular Inspection Schedule
We recommend inspecting your metal building at least twice a year – once in spring and once in fall. Additionally, inspect after any severe weather event including high winds, heavy rain, hail, or snow storms.
Exterior Maintenance
- Wash panels with mild soap and water to remove dirt and debris
- Touch up any paint scratches to prevent rust development
- Check and tighten any loose screws or fasteners
- Clear vegetation and debris from around the base of the building
- Inspect and clean gutters and downspouts
